Peer tutoring is an effective learner-centered pedagogical tool . The Year 13  Economics students’ learning by teaching was an impactful exercise. Student -led lessons in Year 13 Economics provide opportunities for a Flipped classroom learning experience. Based on their presentation the student-tutors pose questions to the rest of the class to engage them effectively. During the lesson Thinker keys were also used as an innovative tool to enable collaboration and brainstorming on various related topics .
