Aims & Objective: To focus on Sustainability Goals and the role of schools and educators in achieving

Summary: On 12th November 2018 the KHDA Conference “What Works well?” –Journey to Expo2020 was held at Emirates Aviation University. The programme was centered on the key Expo themes of mobility, opportunity and sustainability. Ms Rachna Shukla’s Presentation on Sustainability Goals mainly addressed the question “How to involve schools and educators as key players and stakeholders in the move towards a sustainable UAE and world at large?” She was accompanied by 2 students Rohit Khiara and Esha Sharma who specifically focused on the sustainability initiatives at the Winchester school both at the primary and the secondary level.

Student/Parent/Teacher Feedback: Presenting at the KHDA Conference on What Works Well –Journey to Expo2020?” was a unique experiment of collaboration between teachers and it was immensely gratifying to watch our students present on Sustainability Goals with such confidence.(Ms Rachna Shukla)
