Aims & Objectives: Interaction with an Entrepreneur to appreciate the pre-requisite skills of entrepreneurs and the role of innovative entrepreneurship in the 21st century.
Summary:
On 17th November 2016, during the Grade 11 assembly, there was a special speaker for Win Entrepreneurship week, Mr Dwaiyapayan Nath . He is the Founding and Managing partner of Arabian International Partners Limited and Yalla Seyarah LLC. An entrepreneur with an extensive background in banking, Mr Nath shared his experiences as an entrepreneur with the students. Apart from the innovative ideas he emphasised on the importance of beliefs in one’s convictions and dreams and the tenacity to follow through. He inspired each student to be confident and take risks to achieve success in their life. The assembly progressed into a question and answer session where all students asked about the pros and cons of being an entrepreneur and the impact of Expo 2020 on entrepreneurs in the UAE. The event concluded with Mr Nath giving a motivating summary speech.
The Meeting with an Entrepreneur was a fitting Finale to the WIN ENTREPRENEURS Week and it provided the students an excellent platform to raise questions regarding entrepreneurial ventures in this interactive session.
