Under the aegis of the AICE accelerator program our Business students have been at the forefront this year for developing innovative and creative ideas to solve a social problem with their Product- ‘A Tension’. This product has been selected to be a part of GEMS Xhibit.
The high-profile event, GEMS Xhibit held on 25th September at Emirates Towers, was attended by the UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence and 200 leading professionals from the public and private sector, including organisations such as Dubai Future Foundation, DEWA, Emirates, Emirates NBD, VISA, GE to name a few. Business students from The Winchester School, Jebel Ali showcased their talent and zeal towards providing solutions for the underlying problems with work life balance. Their project and prototype was liked and appreciated by many stating that it caters to larger customer base and is very beneficial for all age groups.
Our student team of budding entrepreneurs received a lot of appreciations and three professional companies have approached them for giving assistance for Project development. Our students won a lot of accolades and media attention as they were interviewed by the Gulf News.
